This class is about utilizing leftovers, seasonality, herbs and some less usual CSA box veggies. We will also incorporate a couple pantry staples to make a satisfying, restorative dish for your family on a budget. With a little more technique and time, it is totally possible to make ends meet and support local farmers at the same time.
This class is FREE and ALL are wellcome.
It will take place on Sunday November 10 at 12:30 pm at the Fruitdale Grange.
