Thanks to the support of Oregon Community Food Systems Network Food Hub Network, our food hub has a brand new food processing kitchen available to the community. Our kitchen has been approved by the Oregon Dept. of Agriculture for commercial use.
About Our Kitchen

Harvest Community Kitchen is located inside the Josephine County Farm Collective Food Hub. It's the perfect space for all those who are producing food, perfecting a recipe, or simply preparing for an event. Our kitchen has lots of working space with equipment needed for food processing if needed. This kitchen is specifically designed with the small farm or market gardener in mind with appliances for freeze drying, garlic peeling, and dehydrating. Let's preserve all your hard work, enjoy the nutritional value of locally grown foods, stretch your dollars with effective food preservation and reduce food waste. Please note: there is no oven on site. Maximum 10 persons allowed on site at one time.

The kitchen space is available weekly Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays 8 am - 8 pm. Limited use on Fridays may be available. Long-term tenant reservations will take priority over single or event use so please confirm availability before making plans.
